Once menopause starts, many noticeable changes occur—including in the way our heart functions. The “timing hypothesis” suggests that starting Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) early in menopause (before the age of 60 or within 10 years of menopause onset) may help reduce cardiovascular risks. However, starting HRT later may not provide the same benefits and could even increase the risk of heart disease or stroke in older women.

It’s important to stay proactive about your health, and that’s why I believe in a holistic approach—combining fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments to support your overall well-being.
