The Perpetual Misconception about Exercise

Everyone, and I mean everyone seems to have crazy ideas about exercise. It interesting how this never seems to change (too much) either. People think well I picked up this weight and lifted it one week, shouldn’t I be fit now? I think we all wish this were true but alas, it is not.

Always remember this above all things, EVERYTHING has a process. From brushing your teeth, to driving a car, to exercise. AND all processes take time. Fos some processes is a few seconds and for others, depending on how fit you want to be AND where you are beginning physically. Sooo many variables (factors, you choose your word) that need to be considered.
